Yes, all investigators are licensed in accordance with the Private Detective Act of 1953 (Act of Aug. 21, 1953, P.L. 1273, No. 361; 22 P.S. §§ 11–30).  We are also fully bonded and insured.

All investigations receive a minimum of one comprehensive written report.  Should an investigation proceed for more than one week, a weekly status report would also be provided.  Any significant findings would be communicated immediately in the mode chosen by the client (voice/text/email).  

Each investigation is treated individually and priced accordingly based on the scope of work and amount of resources required.  Prior to the initiation of any project, the client will receive a written recommendation broken down into line item costs.  There are never any hidden fees and we will never perform work without written authorization from the client.
